Off my feet - or off the street

Well, it happened. I'm grounded from running for the rest of this week. I'm glad I was able to catch this bout with plantar faciitis before it got too bad. I'm hopeful that the meds and rest will be helpful. I just need to keep up with the cardio work to maintain my current level. Maybe I can even use the time to increase. I've not usually done anything on "rest" days. Hmmm ... cross training. That means doing something else for exercise.

Of course with this ADD moment, I'm now thinking of a song ... "Embrace the Cross"
